COMING HOME

Stay Long Enough To Hear Yourself Again.

Coming Home is a seven-day immersion into the living way of The Herd.

Seven days create something a single day simply cannot:

s p a c e

Space for the work to unfold rather than be completed.

Space for something to emerge.

Space to sit with it.

Space to observe what happens when you stop rushing towards an answer.

Space for your body, mind and soul to speak in their own ways — and for you to begin noticing how they speak together.

This isn't seven days of scheduled activities.

It is seven days of living within the rhythm of the Centre.

The Herd moves.

The sun rises and sets.

Your body responds.

Questions surface.

Conversations unfold.

Something you noticed yesterday may look completely different today.

And slowly, you begin to hear yourself again.

"It was such an amazing experience, where I felt safe to let go! I will come back to Steffi anytime for more treatments. And I absolutely love the treatment space she created, in the open veld / bush."

Christina

You arrive with an intention.

On your first day, we begin with an intention — a simple question:

Why are you here?

You don't need to have the perfect answer.

Perhaps you know exactly what brought you.

Perhaps something in your life isn't working anymore.

Perhaps you feel disconnected from yourself.

Or perhaps you simply know that something needs to change.

Your intention becomes a quiet thread running through your time here.

We don't turn your answer into a goal that has to be achieved.

We don't measure your days against it.

We simply carry it with us.

And then we observe.

What happens in your body.

What thoughts keep returning.

What you say.

What you avoid.

What you feel.

What the Herd reflects.

What life reveals when you have enough space to actually notice it.

"Most welcoming energy from the first minute allowing full integration without any undue pressure. The goats allowed a very soft reflecting landing in self-reflection and the simplicity of life when one embraces the present."

Ingrid

There is no programme. There is a rhythm.

Your seven days are not filled with back-to-back appointments.

The Centre has its own rhythm.

The sun rises.

The animals wake.

The Herd moves.

Meals happen.

The land changes with the day.

And you gradually begin to settle into that rhythm too.

Your immersion may include Spinal Flow™, Human Design-informed exploration, individual coaching, time with the Herd, Goat Oracle work, bush walks, creative exploration, quiet time, space and whatever else naturally emerges.

Some things will be planned.

Some will be spontaneous.

Some days may be full.

Others may be quieter.

We don't force the experience into a schedule simply because a schedule exists.

Life doesn't work particularly well that way.

"Real courageous unpretentious Namibian Farm bridging the gap between Nature, Humans, Animals, Listening to Nature.

Courageous because it's not just talks, it's courageously implemented."

The Herd becomes part of your days.

Each afternoon naturally opens into time with the Herd.

Sometimes you may sit quietly among them.

Sometimes you may walk their paths.

Sometimes a Goat Oracle experience opens a question that stays with you for days.

Sometimes you'll be given something to explore and take it into the goat garden.

And sometimes a goat simply chooses to be with you.

The Herd isn't here to perform for you.

They are living beings with their own relationships, personalities, moods and needs.

We observe them.

And in observing them, we often discover something about ourselves.

Sometimes the Herd carries something for you.

There are rituals we use when they naturally feel right.

You may choose a word you are ready to release.

That word can be written on a goat who is willing to carry it.

Then the goat walks away into the bush with your word.

We don't choose the goat.

We don't force the moment.

We observe who comes forward.

And sometimes, something you have been carrying begins to feel lighter simply because you have given it somewhere to go.

The same can happen when you are ready to call something into your life.

A word.

An intention.

A possibility.

The Herd carries it with you.

Your body gets to speak too.

Spinal Flow™ is woven into your stay as a body-based way of observing what is happening beneath the surface.

One session a day is generally enough.

Not because more isn't possible, but because the body needs time to respond.

The work doesn't end when you get off the table.

You may notice thoughts.

Memories.

Emotions.

Shifts in perspective.

Things that suddenly become obvious.

We don't need to chase any of them.

We observe.

And then we see what wants to happen next.

And then life happens.

This is perhaps the most important part.

You might be sitting with the Herd when something clicks.

You might be walking through the bush when a question you've been avoiding finally becomes clear.

You might discover something through Human Design that suddenly makes sense of a pattern you've lived with for years.

You might spend an hour talking.

Or laughing.

Or doing absolutely nothing.

You might help care for an animal.

You might meet a goat who becomes particularly meaningful to you.

You might sit around a fire in the evening, eat a good meal and realise that you haven't thought about the outside world for several hours.

All of it belongs.

Because life itself is the curriculum.

Coming Home doesn't create a new life for you.

This is important.

You don't come here to build a second world that eventually competes with your real one.

You come here to step out of your usual rhythm long enough to observe it differently.

And then you go home.

Back to your people.

Your work.

Your family.

Your choices.

Your ordinary Tuesday morning.

Because that is where the work ultimately has to live.

The Centre isn't here to become your escape.

It is here to help you see your life differently.

By the time you leave...

You may not have everything figured out.

That's not the promise.

But you may have:

  • a clearer understanding of yourself

  • a different perspective on something that has been troubling you

  • a deeper awareness of how you make choices

  • a greater connection with your body

  • a new relationship with your own inner signals

  • something you've finally allowed yourself to release

  • an intention that has become clearer

  • or simply the experience of knowing what it feels like to slow down enough to hear yourself again.

And on your final day, we return to the intention you arrived with.

Not to judge whether you "succeeded".

But to observe.

What did you discover?

What changed?

What are you taking home?

Because the point was never to stay here.

The point was to come home to yourself — and then take yourself home with you.

[ I HAVE A QUESTION ]

Your Coming Home Begins With Your Commitment

Your place at The African Healing Centre is confirmed once payment has been received.

Because we are based in Namibia, online credit-card payments are currently not available through our booking system. When you complete your booking, you will receive our banking details by email and payment is made by bank transfer (EFT).

Payment is required upfront to secure your immersion.

This allows us to prepare your space, arrange the Centre around your arrival and, most importantly, honour the commitment you have made to yourself and to this experience.

If you're travelling internationally, your bank may charge a small fee for the transfer. Please make sure the full amount reaches us.
